Wow! They Really Loved Our User Conference — April 2006
Hi Regina:
We sent 3 people from our school district to your conference last week, and I thought you might like to see the response from the team. Here’s their recap from the conference to us in our school district office.

First of all I want to say thank you for letting us go to the Blue Bear Conference.
The conference was unbelievable! I can't say enough about this company. This was the most organized conference I have ever been to. They are so accommodating. You ask or give them a suggestion and they say "That sounds like a good idea, let's do it." A lot of the suggestions we heard will be done by the next update (Wednesday!). The hands on training was great. We sat at computers with Blue Bear programs installed on them. We learned and tried everything you could thing of. What a way to give a class! The breakout sessions were set up in a way that if you missed one you could attend it at another time. (How nice) They also made sure you had time to get to each class. Their employees sat and mingled with everyone at the conference; they were very personable. You could tell customer service is very important to them.
Blue Bear is in 26 states so far and I can see why. We met people from all over the USA. They came from very large districts to districts smaller then ours. Most of these school districts have been using Blue Bear for years. They sent ASB accounting clerks, Techs, and Advisors to this conference. They told us that the product and customer service is why they stay with Blue Bear. I'm am very thankful that we have them as an accounting program. I think that this company will be one that we will be very thankful to have in the long run. Blue Bear is all the way down in San Diego and I can get help within 5 to 10 minutes.
I have only scratched the surface here. I just can't say enough about them. Thank you for picking them as our accounting program and thank you for sending us to the conference.

Training That Sticks, Software That Works — September 2004
Dear Megan:
Barbara and I wanted to thank you for training us on Blue Bear. It was amazing to us that you could train us the day before registration and that we could actually use it. During the four and half days of registration, the system performed perfectly. We never had a software problem - only occasional human error. Now that we are on our own, we have been pleased with Blue Bear Support. Also, because the software is so user-friendly, we have been able to figure out things on our own. We are still learning and are anxious to see what else we can do. It's hard to imagine that we ever did registration without Blue Bear. Thanks again for all of your help. You are the perfect trainer. The moral of the story is that you can teach old dogs new tricks.

Kudos For Training And Support — January 2005
Dear Carol:
Thank you very much for the update. We are having a meeting this Wednesday about some of our procedures and policies with accounting and textbooks, and I will be sure to provide them this information.
I also want to say that I really, really appreciate the wonderful staff you have over there. Megan, Chandra and others have gone above and beyond to ensure that we are successful in implementing and running this software. Happy Internal Auditors, Happy User! — April 2005
Hi Carol,
Just wanted to share something very special with you and your wonderful staff. My principal, Lynn McCormack, just let me know that at our monthly school board meeting, our internal auditors made their annual report for the school district. For the high school, the report was excellent. As she stated "If we could take Sandy Iwanoff and Blue Bear on the road, there would never be any accounting problems to deal with!!!!" She's Enjoying Her Job Again Thanks To Blue Bear — November 2005
Dear Carol:
I want to let you know how much I am thoroughly enjoying using Blue Bear Software!
I began my job as ASB bookkeeper 13 years ago in a small rural school and bookkeeping was done manually, with a pegboard and ledger system. The school has been really growing the last few years. With more student groups becoming active my bookkeeping work load has also been growing to the point that I had to stay totally focused every minute just to keep up with day to day work. Often month end reports and special events required extra hours. I was going home mentally exhausted most of the time and thinking about what I needed to do the next day.
What a difference this year. The beginning of the year was crazy as usual with all the extra responsibilities that come with my beginning of the year job duties as well as me still getting acquainted with using Blue Bear. Now that we're a few months into the year, I am enjoying my job again. I have a new Activities Director that is helping more than the last one, but I feel the biggest difference for me is the amount of time that has been freed up by using Blue Bear Software. While I am still busy all day every day, I no longer feel so frantic and/or stressed about being able to get everything done. I love creating checks and receipts and knowing they are posted to appropriate accounts. I love being able to do a bank reconciliation in just 15 minutes +/- and being able to print out month end reports right then. My teachers and coaches appreciate being able to get an account report on the spot. And best of all, I am actually able to go home and leave work at work. I am resting better and am enjoying catching up on some projects at home.
