EQUIPMENT TRACKING
Losing money because of “lost” equipment? Tracks Equipment Tracking allows you to track equipment issued to students and others accurately and easily. Equipment Tracking makes it easy to keep track of valuable sports equipment (like helmets, jerseys and knee pads), audio-visual equipment, musical instruments, and more. You get increased accountability because you know “who has what.”
BARMASTER™ - FOR BAR CODE PRINTING
Blue Bear BarMaster makes bar code printing simple. Select BarMaster from the Tracks menu, and in just a few keystrokes you can choose which bar codes you want to print — for student ID cards, library cards, product lists for automating the selling process — just about any purpose. Easy to use, BarMaster is also very flexible — you can even print a bar coded form to use for automating your Fall Registration process! You can create and manage your own lists and select and sort data from other lists too. Print as many or as few student bar codes as you want. Compatible with most printers. Prints Code 39 and 2-of-5 bar codes.
FUNDRAISER™ - TRACKS FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES
Blue Bear FundRaiser tracks student fundraising activities and automatically prints those revenue potential reports your auditor wants to see. You can issue fundraising items, like candy bars, to any number of students and track who has what. When the students return with cash and checks, funds are posted to the correct club or other student body account. If the student returns the candy bars unsold, FundRaiser tracks the returns as well. FundRaiser tracks every kind of fundraising activity quickly, easily and accurately!
DONATION TRACKING
Donation processing is an integral part of Tracks that allows you to track the donations you receive by GL Account, by Item, and by Donor. Why do you care? Some states (like Arizona) care because the state gives up to a $250 tax credit for donations made to schools; and somebody (guess who?) has to track those monies. What about you? You care because when you capture the information in an organized way, you can tell how much you’ve collected through donations, you can plan your budgets for the coming year, you can plan fundraisers knowing what worked in the past, you can write thank you letters to your benefactors, and you can also write them to ask for more money.

Tracks also provides vehicle tracking for parking permits, basic inventory reports for your student store, flexible item types including kits and matrix items, multiple price levels (so you can give discounts to those with student body cards), plus complete debt tracking including balance due reports and custom form letters. And Tracks reports make your job a whole lot easier! You can get a report showing everyone who bought a yearbook, how much they paid and how they paid — all sorted by grade. You can track sports eligibility. You can even run a report showing who’s going to the prom with their date’s name and phone number.
