These half hour sessions are intended to target specific issues of interest to our users like “1099 Processing” or “Purchase Orders from Start to Finish” or “Getting the most from FundRaiser.” Periodically, we also conduct longer sessions in an Open Forum/Q&A format where we discuss enhancement requests, software development plans, or anything else our users want to talk about.
